Lois to Appear in Marshall Goldsmith Documentary ![]() “The Earned Life” – a documentary on the life of Marshall Goldsmith now in production – tells the fascinating story of the world’s #1 leadership thinker. The producers/directors, Patryk and Kasia Wezowski, met Dr. Goldsmith when he appeared in their film LEAP, the world’s first documentary about the coaching profession. Eager to keep Dr. Goldsmith’s legacy alive and help him inspire future generations, the Wezowskis further explore his life and work in this 90-minute documentary. In the film, a documentary crew follows Dr. Goldsmith for several months, talking with people he works with and several coaches who successfully use his Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) approach.
